Questions people ask first
Do I really need written terms and conditions?
Yes. Without them the law fills the gaps, usually in the way that suits you least. A one-off fixed fee covers a set you can reuse.
Can you review a contract before I sign it?
Yes. Send it over and we quote a fixed fee for a written review with the risks marked and the changes to ask for.
What if a customer does not pay?
We start with a letter that sets out the debt and the deadline. Most pay at that stage. If not, we tell you what a claim would cost before you decide.
