How long does conveyancing take?
Eight to twelve weeks for a straightforward freehold sale or purchase. Leaseholds and chains take longer, and we tell you where the delays are as they happen.
What is included in the fixed fee?
Searches, contract work, exchange and completion, and registration at the Land Registry. Stamp duty, search fees and Land Registry fees are shown separately on your quote.
Do you deal with the estate agent and lender for me?
Yes. We handle the mortgage lender's requirements and keep the agent updated so you are not the go-between.
