Thomas has run employment claims for fourteen years. He tells clients on the first call what their case is worth and what it will cost, and he is usually right.

Thomas qualified in 2012 and joined Marlow & Reid in 2015 after six years at a City firm acting for employers. He switched sides because he preferred explaining the law to people who needed it.
He handles unfair dismissal, discrimination and whistleblowing claims from first call to final hearing, and advises senior staff on exits and settlement agreements. He has appeared in the Employment Tribunal more than 120 times.
Outside work he coaches under-11s football in Kingston and is slowly restoring a 1970s racing bicycle.
